Hi, I’m Crystal Hart, a violinist from Washington, D.C., with over twenty years of experience captivating audiences through classical, soulful, and contemporary music. My performances blend technical mastery with storytelling, creating experiences that resonate deeply and leave a lasting impression on the heart.

I have honed my craft through years of orchestral experience, including the American University Symphony Orchestra, the New England Youth Ensemble, and maintaining ties with the National Symphony Orchestra. These experiences have cultivated the discipline, versatility, and precision that define my music.

I have also had the honor of performing for distinguished audiences, including President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama, Cathy Hughes, and the family of NBA champion J.R. Smith, as well as at intimate private events and luxury venues. Each performance is carefully crafted to create moments of reflection, joy, and connection, leaving a lasting impression on both heart and soul.

For me, music is not just entertainment. It’s alchemy, a healing practice, and a sacred portal. I carefully select pieces that move the heart and stir the spirit, creating performances that are both intimate and transformative.

When I’m not performing, I love exploring the Smithsonian museums and getting lost in photography, discovering stories through the lens of a camera. Each note I play is a deliberate choice, crafted to touch hearts, stir the spirit, and create a deeply moving experience.
